By accessing jilibe, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
jilibe enforces age verification through the KYC process. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, jilibe reserves the right to suspend the Account, freeze the wallet, and decline withdrawal requests pending verification. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
To use jilibe's real-money services, you must register a single Account using an active Philippine mobile number and email address. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account at jilibe. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
jilibe is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of the following:
KYC approval typically occurs within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours during business hours. jilibe may request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear or where transaction patterns require enhanced due diligence. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of the first deposit may result in Account restrictions.
You are responsible for ensuring all registration information remains accurate and up to date. Providing false information, including false identity documents, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilibe strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account.
jilibe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security, including but not limited to: sharing your password with third parties, failure to use a secure connection, or failure to log out on shared devices.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jilibe support immediately via Live Chat. jilibe may temporarily freeze your Account pending a security investigation.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jilibe reserves the right to request documentary evidence linking a deposit source to the registered Account holder. Deposits made from accounts not registered in the player's name may be returned and the Account suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of jilibe's content without prior written consent from jilibe.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilibe's total liability to any player for any claims arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to jilibe in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of jilibe after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using jilibe and close your Account. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in force at the time of Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of jilibe.
Where a dispute relates to matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, jilibe may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as part of its obligations under its i-gaming authorization. jilibe's decision on game outcomes, bonus settlements, and technical matters is final, subject to PAGCOR's oversight rights.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
